An outside
marketing
brain

for established companies whose marketing doesn’t match the strength of the business behind it. Most agencies tell you what you want to hear. I tell you what’s actually wrong with your marketing, then make you impossible to ignore.

01 · How I work

Your work is serious. Your marketing doesn’t look like it.

You’ve built something that works. But online you look like every competitor in your category: the same stock photos, the same flat copy, the same channels nobody remembers. Either no one senior owns it, or your in-house team is too close to see what’s wrong. Meanwhile the companies doing worse work than you are the ones getting the attention, the leads, and the talent.

The Prime Lime method.

I tell you the truth, then build the fix: brand, web, social and lead strategy. Five stages, in the order that works. Start where it hurts, stop when you have what you need.

For: Companies spending on marketing without knowing what’s working, or in-house teams that want an honest outside read.

What you get: An audit of your site, funnel, social, campaigns, competitors and audience, plus team interviews: a prioritised list of quick wins, with a KPI baseline.

The result: You see what’s broken, what’s worth keeping, and where the real opportunity is.

Want to do it yourself?

You don’t always need someone to do it for you. Sometimes you need someone who’s done it to tell you straight what to do, then watch your back while you do it.

Proof, not promises.

What clients actually hire me for

One leadership institute came to me to grow its enrolment. In the first meeting I told them exactly what was wrong with their site and their social, and where I disagreed with their plan. They hired me for that honesty. Most people won’t give it to you. I will.

“Placeholder quote: she told us in the first meeting exactly why our funnel leaked, and the fix paid for the audit within the quarter.”

“Placeholder quote: no theatre, no fluff. The strategy was sharp and the team actually enjoyed executing it.”

04 · About me

Hi, I’m Ola.

I help established companies go from “this worked last year” to marketing that’s impossible to ignore.

The path: Amazon, where I ran marketing across 10 European markets and 13 of its biggest sales events, every decision measured in revenue, not applause. Before that, adidas. Underneath it all: an MBA and a design degree from London College of Fashion, a Google AI certification, and an LVMH-certified grounding in how luxury brands build desire.

What drives me is simple, and it’s also what I can’t stand: serious companies repeating the same campaign, the same voice, the same visuals every year, and calling it consistency. I believe marketing isn’t decoration on top of a business. It’s business strategy made visible. And I say that as someone trained to make things beautiful: pretty, on its own, doesn’t sell.

So this is what I want for every client: the truth in the first meeting, not in month three. And then marketing that finally matches the strength of the business behind it. Seen, remembered, and paying for itself.

Whether you hand your marketing to me or learn to run it yourself, the goal doesn’t change: a business that looks as good as it actually is.

06 · FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Where do I start?

Book a fit call. It ends with a straight answer: what I’d do in your situation, and whether I’m the right person to do it. If we’re a fit, we start with the Audit, the diagnosis everything else is built on.

How are you different from an agency?

Structurally, not cosmetically. Agencies run on keeping retainers comfortable, and the senior person who pitches is rarely the one who does the work. I have no juniors to hide behind and no machine to protect: the person who tells you the truth in the first meeting is the one doing the work in week ten.

Who is this not for?

Companies that want to be told they’re doing great. Businesses looking for a pair of hands to execute someone else’s plan. And anyone who wants followers instead of clients.

Do you do production, content, ads, filming?

I own strategy and creative direction. When production is needed, I bring in trusted experts I work with, priced separately: one point of contact, no chaos.

We already have a marketing team. Does this still make sense?

Often that’s exactly when it makes sense. In-house teams are too close to see what’s wrong: the Audit gives them an honest outside read, and the strategy gives their work a direction. I’m the outside brain, not a replacement.

Do you use AI?

Yes, as a way of working, not a selling point. It’s how the research and audits go deeper: more sources, more angles, nothing skimmed. You’ll see it in the depth of the work, not in the promises.

What does it cost?

Every quote follows the diagnosis, not the other way around: prices are scoped by the need of the client.

Consulting, Individual Strategy, Mentoring: which one is for me?

A consulting meeting answers a defined question. The Individual Strategy builds your plan with you: three sessions, one strategy document. Mentoring assumes the plan exists and you’re executing: senior eyes on your work, over time. Most people do them in that order.

Where are you based?

Warsaw and Paris, and mostly online. I work remotely with companies across time zones, in English and Polish.

07 · Ready when you are

Would you rather hear the truth than another round of compliments?

Tell me what you’re trying to fix. Doing nothing is the most expensive option. If the fix isn’t me, you’ll hear that too.
